Produced exclusively in eucalyptus, ecologically friendly reforested wood, processed and dried, without exceeding 16ºC humidity. Glue and rustproof staples are used for joining, guaranteeing full structure.
Spring
The spring system consists of mechanically fixed Italian elastic straps, bonnel, pocket or nosag springs, resulting in comfort, homogeneity, no noise, and excellent sustentation and resistance, thus providing greater comfort and durability.
Foam
According to each model project, our designers use specific foam types to perform different ergonomic functions. Produced with high technology, in varied densities and compositions, the products are submitted to strict quality control in compliance with NBR ISO 9001:2008, thus providing greater comfort and durability.
Covering
Through careful selection, we are able to offer more than 140 options, including, chenille, boucle, chamois, suede, jacquard, linen, silk, neoprene, napa leather, velvet and gobelin, many of which have been exclusively developed for Mannes.
